This homemade gummy recipe is a favorite among our house! When our littles started going through a sleep regression around 2 1/2, we looked into natural ways to help aid his sleep. While these gummies won’t guarentee your little sleeps soundly at night, we did see some improved sleep for our kiddos!
Why tart cherry? Tart cherry naturally contains melatonin, which can help elevate your body’s melatonin levels. Tart cherry also contains an amino acid called Tryptophan, which can help aid in relaxation by increasing your serotonin and regulate your mood.
